2. Services Offered

Real Shot Marketing specialises in providing photography, drone photography, and floorplan services for real estate properties in Brisbane, Australia.

3. Booking and Payment

a. To book our services, clients must contact Real Shot Marketing via phone, email, or through our online booking system.

b. Payment is required in full before the final images, footage, or floorplans are made available for download.

c. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty.

b. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in additional charges.

c. Real Shot Marketing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Client Obligations

a. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is clean, decluttered, and prepared for photography prior to the scheduled appointment.

b. Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of the appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

a. Real Shot Marketing retains ownership of all photographs, drone footage, and floorplans produced as part of our services.

b. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images, footage, and floorplans for the purpose of marketing the property.

7. Usage Rights

a. Clients may use the images, footage, and floorplans for online and print marketing materials related to the sale or rental of the property.

b. Clients may not sell or transfer the images, footage, or floorplans to third parties without prior written consent from Real Shot Marketing.

8. Liability

a. Real Shot Marketing will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use or reliance on our services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the images, footage, or floorplans.

b. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for the use of copyrighted materials or recognisable individuals depicted in the photographs or footage.

9. Privacy

a. Real Shot Marketing respects the privacy of our clients and the occupants of the properties we photograph. We will not disclose any personal information or sensitive details without consent.

10. Amendments

Real Shot Marketing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
